GFRP Coating

Glass Fibre-reinforced plastic (also known as glass fibre-reinforced polymer)

Introducing PAN Protective Coating (PPC), powered by the core technology of Glass Fibre-reinforced plastic (GFRP).

GFRP, also known as Glass Fibre-reinforced polymer, is a composite material that combines a polymer matrix with strong and resilient glass fibres. This remarkable combination results in a robust and versatile material with a wide range of applications across industries such as aerospace, automotive, drilling, marine, and construction.

What is PPC?

The PAN Protective Coating (PPC) UV curing laminate is a layer of photosensitive polymer resin film which is coated on the surface of pipeline and can initiate polymerization reaction under the irradiation of UV light and become hard and smooth. It is a pressure-resistant and corrosion-resistant composite material with high-strength. After being coated on the pipeline, it is formed into a jacket with high mechanical properties to provide excellent protection for mechanical damage, thus playing the role of protecting the anti-corrosive coating of the pipeline and having excellent resistance to corrosion by chemical solvents.

What is it used for?

The PAN Protective Coating (PPC) UV curing laminate is suitable for almost all surface protection projects, such as protection for metal surface, PE, PVC, PP, ceramic and concrete surface. UV curing protection technology and construction are widely applied in the following aspects: pipeline welding joint protection, sealing of horizontal directional crossing sacrificial sleeve and pipeline terminal, water-proof and insulation protection of offshore pipelines and equipment, and pipe hoop stent isolation, exterior finish protection of case body, as well as insulation, water-proof and anti-corrosion protection of valves, fittings, pipes, containers, etc.
